You will have probably heard of competitor analysis. I like to call it blueprinting, keeping an eye on your competition. Many businesses I speak to are petrified of looking too deep at their competitors. The reason is that they don’t want to see how well they’re doing and get upset. Wha??? I find this bonkers. You need to continually be analysing your competition, what marketing they are doing, new business wins, staff, process… the lot!
